The New Old

The clients desired a new home with modern amenities and floor plan, but wanted a historic look that would fit into the neighborhood. This was achieved by using wood mould bricks, a slate roof, and leaded glass windows. Limestone accents and a cantilevered bay set this home apart from the rest.

Balanced Symmetry

This Peachtree Heights home was designed around a mature Maple tree which provides shade in the hot Atlanta summers. All of the public and entertaining spaces are on the upper floor while the private quarters are below. The home is modernist in style, but at its heart profoundly traditional.
